- Corps propre : pour être propre, le corps doit être étranger, et ainsi se trouver approprié. L’enfant regarde sa main, son pied, son nombril. Le corps est l’intrus qui ne peut sans effraction pénétrer dans le point présent à soi qu’est l’esprit. Ce dernier est d’ailleurs si bien ponctuel et serré sur son être-à-soi-en-soi que le corps n’y pénètre qu’en exorbitant ou en exogastrulant sa masse comme une grosseur, comme une tumeur hors de l’esprit. Tumeur maligne dont l’esprit ne se remettra pas.

- Body proper: to be proper, the body has to be foreign, and therefore to find itself appropriated. The child looks at his hand, his foot, his navel. The body’s the intruder that, without breaking in, can’t penetrate the self-present point that the spirit is. Moreover, the latter is so utterly punctual, so closed in upon its being-to-itself-in-itself, that the body only penetrates it by extravagating or exogastrulating its own mass like a growth, a tumor outside the spirit. A malignant tumor whose spirit won’t go into remission.

- Corpo proprio: per essere proprio, il corpo deve essere estraneo, e così trovarsi appropriato. Il bambino guarda la propria mano, il proprio piede, il proprio ombelico. Il corpo è l’intruso che non può entrare senza effrazione nel punto presente a sé che è lo spirito. Quest’ultimo del resto è così puntuale e serrato sul suo essere-a-sé-in-sé che il corpo vi penetra solo esorbitando o esogastrulando la propria massa come una tumefazione, come un tumore fuori dallo spirito. Tumore maligno da cui lo spirito non si riprenderà.
